 From a quick search over Mozilla's source code, there doesn't seem to
be any hidden option for this.

I guess it should be possible to write an extension to do it (mark all
elements with moz-do-not-send). You can use our code in
http://bidiui.mozdev.org/ as reference, if you're up to any coding.
