I've used 0.6, 0.7 and 0.7.1 with IMAP(S). Worked without a problem.
"Mark emails as read after displaying X seconds" was no checked though.
Tested with 0.7.1 (for 1,5 and 10 seconds intervals) and works (sorry,
don't have 0.6 to test with).
