Look for FreeSco (www.freesco.org , I think)
It runs from a floppy disk, but it doesn't look like putting it on a
bootable flash disk will be an issue.
It will run on any box (well, maybe 486 and up...) with 2 NICs and 8
megs of memory...
Maybe an old laptop with 2 NICs (PCMCIA)? Probably a lot cheaper than a
new tiny box.
