I can suggest synecdoche.net which I used until not a long time ago as
a shared hosting server, they are very accomodating, use Debian and
charge about $20/mo for a shared hosting.
You can also try linode.com for a UML based hosting, they give you a
small UML host for your own use. Never tried them personally, so I can't
recommend the service, from the boards there it seems to work fine.
Also costs $20/mo.
If you need hosting for files, I can offer my host (which is rented from
synecdoche), but if you need to actually install Zope and such I don't
think I could accomodate you.
