I'll just add a little to Gilad's account, as I was the one who actually
did the negotiations with them on that occasion.

They also lost our fax asking to take the server out - twice. They
continued to charge us after we took the server out, saying we didn't
fax two weeks in advance (we did - they lost it), and then anohter two
months after that, saying "you are right, it's a mistake". They did
return the money.

Eventually.

Some levels of disordinance give you enough of a bad taste to not wish
to retest your assumptions. I've been there about that time. They have a
server farm to drool over. Air conditioned, spacy. All non-rack machines
are locked. Very impressive. We left as fast as we could. Good looks
will only take you so far.

Actcom's server farm looks like hell. They are yet to disappoint us in
over three years, for three machines I'm managing that are hosted there.
Two of them hosted free of charge, carrying services most of this list's
subscribers are using daily.
