I don't think so,
maybe there are more bsd computers
but a lot less users. you can't count every person using server as BSD
user.
if I remember right freebsd is the most common platform for web servers
I donno how it is in israel though.
personaly I know more than a few BSD users (using it on their desktop
computers or at home)
