Kfar Hanassi. They generate ellecricity using the flow of the Jordan
water. They sell their electricity to the Electric company (and use some
of it, IIRC. Sometimes they also buy, because what they produce is not
enough: also: from my vauge memory).
There was also some controversy around the creation of their turbines,
due to the possible damage to the Jordan there.

A new independent electricity manufacturer got (or was about to get) a
license to producce electricity in a turbine near Kiryat Shmona. The
envrionmentalists (and, IIRC, most of the locals) didn't like this,
because this meant cheaper, but much dirtier, electricity.
