Ctrl-Fn will get you to n-th virtual desktop. Control panel : Accessibility -
Keyboard shortcuts - Shortcut schemes - Shortcut sequences.

In Control panel : Peripherals - Mouse - General - Double click or single
click. Though, there is a bug in KDE 3.1.1 that causes Konqueror not to
respect double click settings in "Detailed" mode.
