Re: Barak moves all cable customers to a "dialer"

Michael,

1. I, as other customers of other ISPs, have a certain "obligation" to be
Barak's customer for 6 months. That time is not up yet.

2. I have an email address, widely used, that is with Barak. There is no
"forwarding" culture in this country, so I would have to make tons of
updates if I lose the email address with Barak.

3. I'm Barak's customer in other aspects. International phone calls and
such.

4. I enjoy rather competitive pricing from Barak.

5. My company is also using their services which makes sure I can always
connect to my office network from home and vice a versa. (Very important,
by the way)

6. Communication quality with Barak is the highest I've experienced so
far....

These are only the first 6 reasons I could list right away... Reasons
against switching ISPs. Besides - I've been there once. I've left Internet
Zahav. It was a huge mess and a lot of fighting with them over the final
bill. They've tried billing me for a whole year, during which I was no
longer their customer.

Anyways - going to another ISP is nearly out of the question for me. And
what Barak is doing (and how they are doing it) signals to me that they
are either in trouble, or about to be in.... Arrogance and stupidity are
the trouble's usual companions...
