Dear list!
I've recieved an email from Barak 013 today, saying that starting from
April 15th, they're going to stop supporting direct DHCP connectivity via
Cable and will require "dialer" usage.
I've contacted Barak's support team and they were quite confused. In fact,
they are pretty unaware of this change, but they've informed me that they
intend to use ltopp protocol implementation that is in fact what their
"dialer" is.
This is, so far, what I've been told. Now - the two issues I'd like to ask
the list about are:
1. Does anyone have any idea on how to setup the ltopp connection?
2. If there are other Cable Barak customers here - would they like to,
perhaps, try to apply some delicate legal pressure on Barak? Such drastic
changes at such short notices are falling short of something I would
consider "a service"....
Thank you.
