Hallo i got a problema with mpeg-encode
I am working with Red Hat 7.2, and am trying to use mpeg_encode (5b-2)
in order to create mpeg movie files.
Orginally I had gif files. I created pnm files using gif2pnm
then I run mpeg_encode using the following parameter file (film1.param)
PATTERN IBBPBBPBBPBBPBBPBBPBBP
OUTPUT film1.mpg
BASE_FILE_FORMAT PNM
INPUT_CONVERT *
GOP_SIZE 30
SLICES_PER_FRAME 1
INPUT_DIR .
INPUT
mol00*.pnm [1-2]
END_INPUT
PIXEL HALF
RANGE 10
PSEARCH_ALG LOGARITHMIC
BSEARCH_ALG CROSS2
IQSCALE 2
PQSCALE 2
BQSCALE 2
REFERENCE_FRAME DECODED
But I keep on getting the message
' not supported.
I also tried with jpeg files but got the same.
Am I making some silly mistake? Thanks in advance.
Angelo
