The BBC CDs can be written with a standard CD-writer. Maybe there are even
CD-RW BBCs. The member name and number may be printed on a sticker on the
CD. You can buy stickers like that which printable on an Inkjet printer for
a very reasonable sum. You can also make the priniting on the CD standard
and use a pen to write the member name & number on the CD. The CD Image may
contain more member identification as well.

If money is the problem, make two types of card, and ask members to pay
extra for the BBC one.

Next year seems fine too. The BBCs will have to be rewritten annualy
anyway I guess.
