Hey, just because a program hasn't been updated in a while, does not mean it
isn't good as it is. That's a common mistake that was pointed out by Mark
Jason Dominus at YAPC::Israel::2003.

I don't think Gabor had any experience with Chiq-Chaq. It was probably someone
else. From my experience, it is a JavaScript hell, and unreliable. Stay away.

From what I know, MediaWiki (the wiki behind Wikipedia) supports Hebrew:

http://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page

Maybe it will be good enough for you.

In many Wikis you can encounter a problem that the pages are identified
according to CamelCase notation: ThisPageWasCreatedByIraAbramov. This will
not work very well in Hebrew, which requires the pattern for these pages to
contain underscores or a similar notation.
