in other words, edit these two lines in your XF86Config-4:
Option "XkbLayout" "il"
Option "XkbOptions" "grp:switch,grp:shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll"

didn't see that one. I run word and friends with LANG=he_IL and the
little stability it had is gone. when I edit Hebrew it seems OK, but
when I edit english it forgets to update the cursor location (letters
are added at the end of the line to the right, but the cursor sticks to
the far left).
Outlook gets frozen (and sometimes thaws) but definitely the situation
gets worse with the LANG setting.
can anyone publish a howto about compiling the latest wine CVS to work
with XO? or can I symlink their binaries to use the daily wine build I
get in Debian? If I wasn't such a total newbie in all matters wine, I
would have dared to try all those things, but I don't trust myself not
to screw it up back to the point I need to install it from scratch for 3
hours like last time.
