Unfortunately no. What we do have is a translation database of KDE's and
KOffice's Hebrew translation, suitable for KBabel. I don't know of any way it
can be converted to .qph. What you can do, though, is use the latest KBabel
(version 1.2 which you can get from CVS), that can handle .ts files, from
what I know... This way you could use the translation database.
